Almost 8months na ako nag gygym pero never ko pa tinry ang deadlift. Totoo ba na mas nakakaganda ng form ng back ang deadlift? Kasi dati may nagsabi sakin hindi daw tumatama sa back part ang pag dedeadlift kundi sa legs at core lang. Salamat sa sasagot =)

    Deadlift is a compound exercise. Wag basta maniwala sa sabi-sabi. Ang tama ng deadlift ay lower back, hamstrings, glutes, forearms, etc. If done properly, napakagandang workout nito.

    Deadlift one of my favorite exercise. A strength exercise target muscle nito ay back,glutes,core and legs. It helps to develop your grip strenght. It helps you to fix your posture Kung pakuba kuba ka makakatulong to para maisaayos yung tindig mo. Main benefits nito is to strengthen your core. Tips lang bro kung 8 mos. Kapalang sa gym try to practice 5x5 strength training program. And put atleast 3 isolation exercise after the program. Try to have a research about the program this is very effective for the beginners to gain muscle mass fast and also this program will make your body a fat burning machine.     I agree. I love deadlifts (more than squats). Feeling ko nababatak buong katawan ko every after session.
