College kid!

So hey! New member here, kumusta lahat?

I'm 19 yrs old currently studying at a Private University in Makati. One year nalang po ga graduate na. And I started to be interested in bodybuilding two years ago.

Sobrang taba ko po dati. Around 240 lbs (6'0 po ako.) So nag papayat ako and nag gym ako dun sa tabi tabing gym, and, little wonder, pumayat ako kase hindi talaga ko kumakain. Nagsusurvive ako ng isang pack lang ng grapes or dalawang banana sa isang araw. So akala ko okay na nung pumayat ako but instead I ended up skinny fat. Hindi ko alam na skinny fat ako nun so I tried to bulk pero natakot ako tumaba and I ended up quitting the gym for a year or so.

Nagbabalik po ako, kumuha ako ng totoong trainer (Pound for Pound Taguig.) and basically ang kalaban ko lang is yung nutrition kase wala po akong idea whether I should cut or bulk so sana po matulungan niyo ko dito. :) Around 179 lbs na po ako.

Any help would be appreciated!

    I think you should cut muna yung excess belly fats. Same tayo ng situation. Belly fats di nang problem. Cardio/HIIT will do. Tapos sabayan mo ng weights.

    Wag magpa-adik sa cardio kasi baka ma-burn pati muscle.
    Basta mag weight training sabay ng cardio ka para mag increase ng muscle mass. More muscle mass, more calories burned.

    As for nutrition,

    Mag download ka ng MyFitnessPal. Track your calories, di mo kailangan mag super clean eating. Basta mareach mo lang yung calories required ng katawan mo at dapat focus ka rin sa Macros. Protein is the key. Haha
