I am 18 years old and is around 5"6. I weighed 40 kg three months ago before I started lifting.
In those 3 months I used a weight gainer called Venum Mass. Serving is 3 scoops but I only did 2.
Either in the morning/ pre workout and post workout.
After 3 months from 40 kgs to 55 kgs and developed some muscle.
So should I continue taking weight gainer or switch to whey protein?
