Hi guys. I have been in and out of the gym for quite sometime now. 4 months in, 8 months out (lol). I have been having a hard time maintaining the grind. But but...this time I want to maintain it and keep a healthy yet satisfying lifestyle.
I weigh 180 lbs., about 5"7 right now. Lost 15 lbs since december (2017) and now I want to boost up the gains. Still fat tho. The goal is to reach 15% body fat and a leaner build.
My first program was all about dropsets. 12,10, 8, 12. Dropset this, dropset that. During the second month I overhauled the workout. Tried the superset 5x5 bench press, squats, deadlifts, military press, barbell row all max weight on mwf and a 10 set hiit on tths.
Been sticking to a no rice diet for 2 months now, cutting calories and all that.
My question is, what is the best way to not bulk up and keep losing weight while leaning to a more athletic build for sports?
Thank you for those who can share their insights
