2007 – I was working in a call center (night shift) nagstart ako mag magworkout... Just like anyone else, on-off and feeling maganda katawan… (kahit hindi naman).
2009 – Medyo nabore ako sa paggygym kasi wala naman akong goals at that time so I started running. Nag-enjoy, so I joined as many events as I could, and started counting running events, 5k, 10k, 21K, 42K, 50K, 100K, 160K races….I was 78kg at the time

2011 – I went to Kuwait to for work, Still working out, kasi may gym dun sa apartment na tintihan ko, pero ang lakas ko talaga kumain, yung parang walang bukas until I noticed I am gradually gaining weight… 88kg, 90kg…. 95kg… 100kg…
Eventually I transition in joining triathlon events (swimming, biking and running) and nothing is happening, I am still as heavy as I am, until I just accepted na mataba na talaga ako, pero naisip ko, pwede naman siguro yun…
2014 – I moved to Korea - same lifestyle and doesn’t think about what I eat
2015 – I joined 70.3miles Ironman (swim 1.9K, bike 90K, run 21K) in Cebu and failed miserably…

At that time I evaluated myself, kung ano ba talaga ang gusto ko…
So I started giving myself some discipline not only in workout but also in my nutrition… from 100kg, I slowly lose weight until my weight played around 82-85kg… kapag nakakalimot sa diet umaabot pa rin sa 90kg, pero I can now manage it especially during summer season – Medyo hirap lang kapag winter kaya nagkakaroon ng gradual weight gain…
2017 – I joined Full Ironman course and successfully completed it… (swimming -4k, biking – 180km, running 42km)
Now this 2018, I want to challenge myself to also work harder on my physique, my friend invited me to join a body building contest, pero I think, pangarap pa lang yun. Haha! Pero baka pwede, gusto ko rin lang subukan kahit 1 beses lang.

So this year, I’m looking at my diet, though I’m not counting calories, I reopened my myfitnesspal journal; it would probably give me a gist of how much calories if putting to my body...
Just like some of you, I eat tuna, eggs, chicken, almonds, soymilk…. Though I still eat pork and beef, paminsan minsan lang talaga kasi nagkaroon ako ng gall bladder surgery and they took it off… eating pork and beef give me indigestion…

Any suggestions, tips, and recommendations, I am open…

    ganda na ng figure mo nung 2009 paps, ok naman na din ang 2018 may hubog na muscle mo eh parang kailangan mo nalang mag shred para lalo lumitaw. swerte mo nga wala ka salbabida katulad ko haha. Good luck!

    Feb 8 Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner (LOL)
    Current weight 183lbs
    Hindi accurate yung details sa Myfitnesspal, but I should probaly check more.
    fish is mackerel (galunggong) - 1/4 cut size.
    brown rice 1/2 cup

    Did some biking 50Km Saturday, Biking 50Km Sunday. (for Leisure)
    Back to work - chest workout today
    Breakfast/Lunch - Sweet Potato, Oatmeal and eggs. :)
