Cookie cutter plans are not the way to go, IMO.
Everyone has a body type and different metabolic rate. Your height should be taken account too. Your recovery rate. Your allergies. Your sleeping pattern and quality. Your stress management. Your ability to digest food.
All these play a role, so a sample for me may not be optimum applicable to you.
