HELP! Not Gaining Weight or Muscle (moved discussion)

Need Help. Any suggestions or tips. I've been in the gym for 4 months already and I dont see any gains sa katawan ko. I believe Im doing the right exercises naman. I'm performing different workout plans from day to day. My usual workout plan is Mon&Tue, Wed is rest, Thu and then Friday is basketball day. Sat is abdominal day. I also taking much supplements. Like whey protein,amino and creatine. But one thing na hindi ko masyado nagagawa I think is my meal plan malaki ba ang impact ng meal plan sa pag gain? But I eat a lot of protein, boiled eggs, tuna, chicken breast,fruits and veg plus walnuts and sometimes wheat bread. Patulong nman kung anong mga possible reasons why Im not gaining weight and muscles? Thank you guys

Weight : 63 Kg

Height : 5'6"

Body Type : Slim

Objective : Weight Gaining & Lean Muscle

GYM-Start : Mid September 2017

Any help and suggestions is very much appreciated. Thank you guys

    To answer your question, malaki ang kinalaman ng kinakain natin sa kung anong gusto nating ma-achieve.

    kung ok naman ang pag bubuhat mo, at kung ok naman ang diet mo, I think ang dapat na itanong ay how well are you RESTING? Rest=muscle recovery/build.

    nice, walang before pic so you can compare it? Dont expect na maging supersayan agad body mo paps in 4 months. Hindi naman overnight ang result ng pagpapakahirap natin sa gym and outside ng gym. I takes time para makita natin ang progress/gains. Wag lang mag madali ika nga, yung iba after 6 months or more pa bago ma notice ang gains nila. Naka depende talaga yan sa atin. Consistency, disiplina at dedication lang naman ang kailangan natin eh or more para ma reach ang goal natin. Gawa ka Personal Journal. I lipat mo nalang ang ibang details about you doon sa PJ mo.
