Flat bench 5x12

Tricep
Dips 5x12
Close grip bench 5x12
Scull crusher 5x12

Yan ngyun example nang program na ginagawa ko ngyun 1 week palang
Ang tanung kahit 3 types of exercise per muscle ba ok na? Ma tri-trigger parin ba muscle growth?
