Hours of Sleep

Alam naman po natin na mahalaga talaga ang sleep pagkatapos ng workout.
Dapat 7-8 hours yung sleep para maka recover at madevelop/improve katawan natin.

Tanong: Okay lang po ba matulog ng late eg: 10-11pm pero nakukuha naman yung sapat na oras ng tulog which is 7-8 hours?

    Same tayo sir ganon din ako 10-11pm minsan nga 12-1am pero ang sleep hours ko the same parin 8 hrs.. Pero nakikita ko parin naman gains ko.. Di mo rin maiwasan malate ng uwi dahil sa traffic kaya binabawi ko nalang sa tulog..

    kapag buhay studyante or sa umaga ang trabaho achievable ang 8hours na tulog. pero kapag tulad ko may anak at pang gabi,6 na oras lang lagi at idlip bago mag buhat kung may time mag idlip lol sanayan lang kasi. sa navy seal nga raw short time lang daw tulugan lol malalakas pa rin

    Naapektohan ba ang progress natin if kulang tayo sa tulog? Halimbawa ako, tulog 9:30-10pm then gising 4am.

    Pero hindi straight yan kasi in between magtitimpla ng gatas sa anak. hehe

    @royflex nope,nung bago panganak asawa ko ganyan din ginagawa ko,puyat at putol putol ang tulog pero mas namanas ako at nag gains ng fats kasi lamon lang ng lamon at may supps.

    Uh.

    Quality over quantity. As long as you wake up refreshed and not tired. I highly recommend 6-7 hours on average. Stop playing with your phone when you are about to sleep.

    I sleep 6 hours a day! 12MN-6AM.
