Newbie here.

Hi po mga boss. 18 years old po ako, 1.7m and 79kg. Nagwoworkout po ako 30-45 mins every night (kasi doon lang may time) tapos halos cardio and bodyweight exercise ginagawa ko.
Kinokontrol ko rin calories intake ko now . (Approx 700-800 cal) lang talaga nacoconsume ko everyday. Di ko lang sure kng tama tong ginagawa ko kasi gusto ko matunaw ung mga fats ko. Need ko po advice ninyo . Salamat po mga paps!

    Sobrang baba ng cal intake mo compared sa target ko. Though nagbu-bulk naman kasi ako. Di ko alam kung okay ba yun. Haha!

    Haha! Mababa po talaga cal intake ko kasi malaki po talaga tiyan ko. Tapos parang palagi akong busog kasi bawat oras simula 6am, umiinom ako ng 2 glasses of water kaya konti lang din nakakain ko. Parang nagfafasting po ako.
