safe po ba ung 1 week meal plan? bali gagawin ko lang ung 5 days meal plan. pano ang sistema nun? ano ung lalagay muna sa ref ung iba? tapos iinitin ulit? masarap pa ba un? sino na naka try nun dito?

    ano ba yung protein mo sa meal plan mo sir? pagkaka alam ko kasi may mga pagkain na kapag luto na at nilagay mo sa fridge eh mas madali masira kumapara sa hilaw pa. Tulad nung chix breast,nasisira agad pag nasa fridge na at luto na.

    chicken breast , gulay , or fish sir at rice. dame kasi sa youtube akong nakikitang 1 week meal prep eh.

    ok lang din naman I ref mo for a few days, pero kasi niiba na ang quality at lasa ng pagkain habang naka ref eh. As suggested nang isang member dito, max na ang 3 days sa ref. Imagine naka ref na meat sa isang linggo? sigurado iba na lasa at texture nun, pati liquid o sabay na iiba na. I suggest mag meal prep ka nalang ng good for 2 to 3 days paps. Good luck.

    tapos pano pag init nun ? nasubukan mo na ba? wala kasi akong microwave eh. gusto ko lang sana itry

    I do prepare meals for a week, put them in the freezer, and just microwave them when I'm about to eat them. If it's frozen, it doesn't really matter how long it stays there because its FROZEN anyway. Now, if you're leaving them in the ref, that's a different discussion. If it stays good or not, it depends on how you cook it. If your cooking sucks, then you can't expect the food to be good.
