Diet or Cardio

Need ko ng advice kasi ang wierd ng feeling ko, feeling ko malaki ako pag nde strict ang diet kaso kasabay nun is lalaki din tyan ko but pag nag diet at cardio naman ako mawawala nga tummy ko pero feeling ko ang payat ko naman. Anong diet plan or workout plan maganda?

    Try to set your goal. Ano ba yun? is it bulking or just staying fit? For me kasi different goals have there own meal and workout plans na bagay.

    Sorry not sure the correct term pero prang bulking pero nde exage na parang body builder.

    Basta gusto mo magadd ng mass or weight, bulking period yun. Whether bulking or cutting, kailangan in check and/or on point ang diet mo. Usually, ang advice talaga sa bulking 500 caloric surplus, meaning 500 above caloric maintenance.

    Now, for me personally, masyadong malaki yung 500 kasi sa 500 a day na surplus, 4 pounds a month ang equivalent nyan. Lalaki talaga tiyan mo jan agad. So, I think mas okay kung lean and slow bulking ka tapos hit abs every day. Mga 200 caloric surplus per day. That way, you're gaining muscle pero hindi sobrang daming fat. Kasi kasama talaga sa magagain mo yung fat, wala kang magagawa jan. Dapat lang limitahan mo.
