Guys normal lang ba na halos isuka mo kada subo mo ng pagkain sa pag inom ng mass gainer 1 hr before meals?
i usually drink it before bedtime once a day lang, kasi un nga problema ko pag uminom ako during the day hindi ako makakain
the whole day kasi para nakakasuka yung mga pagkain pag may laman ng mass gainer tong tyan ko. Ano ba suggestion nio guys?
feeling ko di epektib sakin ang before bedtime na paginom ng mass gainer eh. at feeling ko din mas lalo akong papayat sa pag inom nito during the day kasi nawawalan ako ng gana kmain. help naman guys.

    Judging by your name, I think you don't eat a lot. I grew up very skinny too, until one day, I decided to just eat more than I used to just to gain weight, and I did gain weight. Just eat a lot more of the food you like. And weigh yourself every day if possible. If you're still not gaining weight, eat more. Di ka pwede magrely sa mass gainers, kasi alam ko mataas calories ng mass gainers, so kung jan mo kukunin bulk ng calories mo, baka forever ka na magtake niyan. Ikain mo na lang yan. Ang sarap kaya kumain.

    In addition, mukhang bata ka pa. Take your activities into consideration na din, baka madami ka physical activities and mabilis pa metabolism mo. Search mo na lang sa Google, "calories in, calories out." Basically, eat more than you burn.

    Thanks Bro Steelhead for that advice, but I am 23 na po. Haha According to my daily macros i need to eat atleast 2900 i eat right naman but i dont eat lunch due to no appetite no matter how hard i push myself to eat rice it ended wasting foods, maybe its because i eat bfast late like 10am (rice, meat, veggies) and dinner na super gana ko kmain. pero kung icacalculate ko sya using macros calcutor kulang na kulang tlg so i decided tlg to drink mass gainers para kahit papano madagdagan. Hay haha hirap

    Serious mass iniinom ko for 4 mos already, but only before bedtime mixed with 1 tbsp of peanut butter, milk instd of water, banana. then just this monday i made up my mind to switch to TrueMass 1200 because i want to experiment good gains from other gainer, and iniba ko n rin ung pag inom ko before bfast ko sya iniinom kaso ung problema talaga pag uminom ako before bfast feeling ko kahit buong araw n ko di kmain okay lang kasi super nakakasuka kujg pipilitin mo kmain ng kahit anong foods. Dami kong problema sana may maka relate hahaha

    damn i wish i was skinny before :/ suggest lang sir kaen ka every 2-3 hours para mas madali at kalat ung buong macros mo sa isang araw. :)

    Hey bro. Can you tell me what you usually eat throughout the day? And I'm gonna try to figure out how you can improve or fix it. Kasi if breakfast mo is 10 am and then you don't eat lunch. I'm not sure kung may afternoon snack ka pa or as in derecho dinner ka na.

    I read your comments again. And I figured that you're chugging down too much in one drink.

    You said you take a serving of serious mass (1200 calories) with 1 tbsp of peanut butter (200 calories), milk (250 calories), banana (90-100 calories). You have any idea how many calories you take in one drinking? I can't even imagine how thick that drink is. Add those calories up, and you'll get around 1750 calories. And that's more than what I take the entire day when I'm cutting. And I'm telling you, even when I'm at maintenance, I cannot down 1750 calories in one sitting. Maybe I can, but I would feel awful too. So no wonder you feel so bloated.

    Just cut your drink in half or maybe three. Drink the first third when you wake up in the morning maybe 2 hours before breakfast, the second third can be two hours after breakfast, since you don't eat lunch, then drink the last one before you sleep. That way, you have equal distribution of calorie consumption throughout the day, and you don't feel so full.

    But still, tell me your diet for the day.

    Haha Yes. that shake is too thick and i just close my eyes drinking because of its taste True Mass 1200 na gamit ko ngayon mg 1 week na, 1 scop b4 bfast and before bedtime no PB just milk.

    Bfast
    1 cup of rice
    1 serving of meat like Menudo, Nilagang baboy, Porkchop tas sinasabay ko ng gulay like Ampalaya, Ginisang repolyo. Take note sa office canteen yan so hindi sya ganon karami ng serving tulad pag nasa bahay ka. Araw araw iba ibang ulam naman but ill make sure na laging my gulay. {yan ung gngawa ko dati, pero ngayon na before umalis ng bahay umiinom n ko ng 1 scoop of True Mass so halos hnd ako makakain ng bfast and lunch dahil wala akong gana, i dunno why)

    Lunch: Wala

    Snacks: Kwek Kwek ung my buong itlog ng pugo mga 8 pcs nun and Buko Shake minsan may Banana. Madalas yan ung snacks ko everyday


    Workout: MWF
    before workout supplements:
    Creatine with Cobra


    Dinner: 2 cups of rice,
    Ulam like Bulalo with more gulay.
    Minsan Tinola with Sayote
    Minsan Adobong baboy

    Before Bedtime: Banana 1 scoop of Tru Mass.

    To answer your Question about the Macros yes everything is calculated with Macros but still kulang, minsan kulang pa din ng 500 cal haha

    plan your meal. pwede sigurong agahan yung pagkain mo ng dinner. para bago magbedtime may space na for mass gainer.

    Okay, here's the deal. I'm gonna be honest with you. You're not calculating your calories and macros properly. Compare mo.

    Look at this image:

    That's how I monitor my food and macros for the week. The fish fillet and pork omelet (90% lean ground pork) change week to week. One week, it could be bangus fillet and chicken curry (breast, no skin), and the following week, it could be cream dory and another chicken breast dish. I just keep everything lean, but that's for myself. I know those things because I prepare my food for the week. Yung breakfast ko, yun na yun lagi. Wheat bread, PB, and cheese. May digital food scale ako and I weigh my food. Pag 32 grams per serving ang nakalagay sa nutrition facts, 32 grams lang talaga icoconsume ko and tinitimbang ko talaga yun.

    Kung makita mo yung X1 or X2, it refers to the number of servings. Yung mga fish and meat I measure them by per 100 grams. Yung sa fish X4 yan, hindi X2. Di ko na nagagalaw kasi kabisado ko na yan.

    It's good that you eat vegetables, but vegetables are generally low in calories. Ang mataas lang usually jan patatas. That's why I don't eat a lot of potatoes. Pero depende talaga sa food and macros ko for the week.

    Sabi mo menudo, for me mahirap imeasure talaga ang calories ng ganung food. So hindi ko talaga yan binibili sa labas, pag niluto ko yan. Nirerecord ko kung ilang grams ng lean pork, pork liver, carrots, potatoes, tomato sauce, etc. ang ginagamit ko, and then kunin ko amount of calories, and then ididivide ko sa 5 or 6 yung servings depende sa plano ko.

    Mejo mababa sa protein. Yung sobra siguro sa carbs, dapat mapunta sa protein. Decent yung fat, pero hindi healthy fats yan karamihan. Estimate lang to, hindi ko kasi alam kung anong part ng baka, pork or chicken kinakain mo. May balat ba o wala, may taba ba o wala. Sa taas ng calories mo, kung ako yan, baka nasa 300 na protein ko. Haha.

    Pero calorie-wise, mukhang nahihit mo naman target mo. So kung yung problema mo lang yung, nasusuka ka sa mass gainer mo. Hatiin mo na lang sa dalawa or tatlo. Tapos inumin mo (1/3) before work, (1/3) 2 hours after breakfast, and (1/3) before bed, since mukhang mabigat naman na dinner mo.

    Try to measure your food by grams. Kung meron akong regret, yun yung siguro di ako talaga naging accurate sa pagcount ng calories and macros nung starting years ko sa bodybuilding. Kung magawa mo agad yan, mas mamamaximize mo gains mo.

    Sabi mo kulang, sa estimate ko sobra pa konti. If you can, prepare your own food. Then measure it. Kung magyoutube ka ng bodybuilding channels, lahat sila, sila nagprepare ng food nila. Kahit ultimo professional bodybuilders.

    Dude may mga food scale na nabibili sa mga kitchen section sa mga supermarket. Best investment mo yan. Use a combination of food scales + calorie calculator like myfitnesspal para tumaas accuracy ng macro tracking mo

    Wow your words amazed me. Directions are detailed and accurate pero mahihirapan tlg ko mag luto in the morning since 10am pasok ko. so pagkagising ko ligo agad and pasok then pagdating office diretso canteen. sa gabi lng ako nagkakatime magluto kasi ako nagluluto samin sa bahay and meron akong app sa phone ko na fitness pal after meal input n lng ako ng mga knain ko. pero i will try that food scale baka mag work kasi totoo naman di mo alam kung ilang grams knkain mo so malaking factor yun sa nutrients ng knkain mo.
