    oo biglang dami din nila eh nagulat na lang ako :smiley: more on carbs and meat sir. basta pinagkakasya ko lang yung mga nakakain ko between 2800-3200 calories a day.

    Oo sir mga 5-6 cups a day tapos oatmeal ko is 2-3 cups a day :)

    Ok sir thanks sa info, nag hahanda kasi ako pag nag bulk na,pero di pa naman sa ngayon. Update mo kami sa progress mo sir. Goodluck!

    baka nag low carb ka for a few days, then carb load plus sodium...that will happen usually
