    oo paps nag change sched kasi ako sa work, kaya need mag adjust, most probably this coming week ma reset ulit, shifting na kasi kami. anyway, paps ask ko lang about sa hydroxycut next gen, ano gamit mo yung white or red capsule? may napanood kasi ako sa youtube magkaiba daw effect nun. at wala bang side effect yan sa health natin in the long run, balak ko na kasi mag try nyan baka next week, kaumay yung lower belly ko parang ayaw mag shrink kahit konti man lang sa tingin ko hehehe.

    yung red sir, hydroxycut nextgen. Ok naman sya. basta caloric deficit ka lang. mataas nga lang caffeine at malakas maka papawis hehehe. First week, tig one cap muna. One pag ka gising, and one 30 mins before wo. Since mataas naman tolerance ko sa caffeine dahil caffeine is my blood haha, joke, pangatlong araw palang dinoble ko na ang dosage. Bale 2 cap na pag ka gising and then 2 cap 30 mins before wo. Good luck paps :smile:

    Kung halimbawa sir naka fasting ako, at start ng feeding hours ko is 1pm, pero i take ko yan in the morning mga 6am, matitigil ba yung fasting state ko? empty stomach dapat take nyan no?

    No sir. kita mo wala laman, zero, so walang pag bbreak sa fasting na magaganap hahaha

    Sir @t4g4y , question lang paano kung 6am ako nagbubuhat. 1 cap around 5:30AM then next cap anong oras?

    Thanks for the info sir, bumili ako kagabi, buti pwede yung tingi or per piece lang, i try ko muna once a day, 10pcs muna binili ko, tom ko i try, sana ok sakin hehe.
