Hello, dito pala gagawa dapat ng Journal. HAHA
Again, I gained a lot of weight since graduation. I used to play volleyball, 68-72kg during my college years then now (well last January, I was 202lbs or 92kg.)
I decided na pag january magpapayat ako, my motivation? I want to play competetive-level again. nahuhurt pride ko pag naglalaro tapos di na ako kilala ng new players HAHAHA. sorry. ito talaga nagbigay ng tipping point na mag decide na need ko mag gym. naggygym naman ako before during offseason pero puro machines, then later part na yung dumbbell, (free weights). so, after 2 years of working, here I am. overweight. cant jump high. parati wala energy sa work.
So, I started my journey last January 3,2017. when I weighed in, I was 198 lbs. Im still on my week 2, but consistent naman. I run 5km a day sa sa treadmill 6x a week + lifting. interval training. briskwalking (3.0mph) then sprint/run (8.0mph). I cut out carbs in my diet well most of it. I dont really eat clean cause I believe sa IIFYM. perooo ang goal ko is to be on Keto.
problems. Since I cut out carbs and increase protein, and fats (70g is it enough?), The first week, I lost 4lbs. and now hindi pa tapos yung week another 3lbs. So Im 190 - 191lbs . worried kasi dba dapat 2lbs a week lang? HAHA
anyways. Ill be updating this journal siguro after 15 weeks para makita. hopefully babalikan ko to meaning naging consistent ako . wish me luck
btw balik step 1 ako sa pagbubuhat . sad
