Creatine

Advisable po ba ang pag gamit ng creatine? Does it have side effects na makaka apekto sa health? If advisable naman what brand should I get? Age: 18 years old. Saka pano ko po siya gagamitin nabasa ko kasi sa article nakaka boost sya ng performance?

    if there's only 2 supplements i can buy, it would be whey and creatine. yung creatine makaka-boost sha ng weight na kaya mong buhatin by 5 to 10% after ng loading phase. and the more you can lift, the greater the gainz. B) pero dahil pulubi lng ako, hindi ako maglo-loading phase. basta kuha lng ako ng 1 serving a day haha.

    kahit ano kunin mo basta creatine monohydrate na powder form. wag yung pill form kasi mas mahal yun. may bago ngayun creatine nitrate pero sabi nila parehas lng daw epek. dun na ko sa matagal na, yung monohydrate.

    @wolverine57 sir ilang grams ka per day? Hehe. Ako rin baka hindi na mag loading phase. Kung mag loading phase man ako baka 10g per day for 5-7 days lang.

    hindi pa ako nagke-creatine ngayun xd. saka ako mag-creatine pag bulking na. pero pag magsimula ako, 5g lng gagawin ko.

    ok lang po creatine supplement.. mapapanisin mo lalakas buhat mo. matagal na ko nag gaganyan, walang loading phase. pero hindi ko din tinitipid.haha, dati, 5 grams pre workout, 5 grams post workout... ngayon nag ttake na lang ako niyan during workout days, hinahalo ko sa neurocore ko. pag rest days hindi na. sakin lang naman yun, still I see results. hehehe.

    i dunno if placebo lang yung bloated feeling ko pag creatine pero i can say nakakadagdag siya ng str,

    No proven side effects for creatine. Your body naturally creates creatine, it was however discovered that the body doesn't make the maximum amount of creatine it can use, hence supplementation.

    It's only creatine monohydrate that's proven effective in lab studies. So as much as some brands would claim they have a better form, no proof of it.

    You only need 5grams a day, once loaded, you won't be able to take in more than that in your body. You can opt not to do a loading phase, this simply means it takes longer before you become loaded.

    You end up drinking more water when loading, coz creatine makes your muscles absorb water. It's possible you drank more water than needed hence the bloated feeling.

    iniisip ko nga rin sir kung idadagdag ko na lang sa budget ko for food eh haha. Pero Protein Powder kaya kailangan ko pa? nakaka hit po ako, as of now, ng 100G Protein per day

    hehehe i suggest sooner or later na ang protein powder :) focus sa whole foods muna :)

    Okay thanks! :) Hindi niyo po ba maisusuggest sakin ang Creatine? Or pwede naman pag may extra budget ako? halimbawa naka bili naman na ako ng food ko na kailgan ko tapos biglang nagkapera ganun.

    kung tama yung naalala ko, you need to eat 10 lbs. of meat just to get 20grams of creatine for loading phase or 2.5 lbs after loading. eh hindi ka naman makakakain ng 10 lbs. of meat a day, it is illogical and expensive, hence creatine supplementation. :)
