    As usual leangains if diet. Kahit minsan di nasusunod dahil sa mga okasyon na nagpapabago2 ung meal timing. Hahaha.

    1st meal 11.30am-12.30pm
    Oatmeal 30g with milk 3 spoons
    3n1 coffe 1 sachet

    1pm-2pm
    Workout
    On gold standard whey 1scoop

    2.30-3-30pm
    Chicken breast 250g
    Banana 2pc

    7.30-8pm
    1can tuna with 3pc egg
    2slice tasty with 1tbsp peanut butter palaman.

    Work out ko same padin dun sa first ko na post.
    Total calories around 1800-1850 plus minus.
    Current weight 65 kg

    Ok sir thanks sa pg tantya. Mga ilang percent pa po ba ang kailangan ko pra lumabas ung abs ko? I mean kahit di ganon ka tuyo pero ung mukhang athletic lg tignan. Ung mala joseph marco lg na ktawan. Ska di po ba ako nun magmumukhang payatot? Thanks po.

    Ok sir thanks. I decided n ok lg pala khit mukhang payat pero wag lg sobra. Pg na abot ko na lg siguro ung 10-14 bf ska nako mgbubulk ulit based sa video.

    fruit....optional, once a day is ok, veg, just eat the non strachy ones, kahit unlimied...like lettuce, baguio beans, brocolli

    Ginisang repolyo ska carrots pwde ba? Lalagyan ko lg ng konting magic sarap. Hahaha.

    Saan ba mas maganda mg oatmeal? Before workout o sa last meal ko before mag fasting. Kasi pag before workout di ako madaling mang hina. Pg last meal naman before fasting matagal ako gutumin saka di na ako ma pipilitan na kumain past 7-8 pm. Ksi minsan bitin ang saging/tinapay eh. Yhanks po.

    yan ang gulay ko paps repolyo maliban sa broccoli at cauliflower, chopped yung cbbage tapos lagay zip loc kuha kuha nalang. pwede rin sitaw at pechay :) same din chopped at reseal..

    diet update ko po. same parin po ung food intake ko ngayon. pinalitan ko lg ng pgkakasunod sunod. mabilis kasi ako makaramdam ng gutom past 7.30 kaya hinuli ko na lang yung oatmeal ko. ok naman po feeling pag ng pre w/o ng what bread lg. same parn buhat ko. program ko po sa lifting same sa first page parin po.

    1st meal 11.15 am-12pm
    2slice tasty with 1tbsp peanut butter palaman.
    3 pcs boiled eggs
    3n1 coffe 1 sachet

    12.30 pm -2pm
    Workout

    2.15-3 pm
    Chicken breast skinless 250g
    Banana 2pc

    6.30-7.30 pm
    Oatmeal 30g with milk 3 tablespoons
    Chicken breast skinless 250g

    Total calories around 1800-1850 plus minus.

    yung weght ng chicken breast di yn exact. bsta half chicken breast lg per meal ako. minsan my leeg minsan wala. equivvalent to 2 chicken breast. hinahati ko nlg sa 2 meals. tunatanggal ko nlg ung buto.

    by the way ng iba na po kasi ung work shift ko. kaya ngayon di n po ako ng aaerobics. pero ung work ko ngayon medyo active na sya compared sa previous work ko. so puro buhat n lg talaga ginagawa ko po.

    anong mas lesser evil between the two? yung uminom nang beer or alcoholic until drunk or kumain ng maraming food like in fiestas? kasi pag mmy events di mo naman magawang humindi. so its either mapapakain ka ng marami or iinom ka ng alcholic drinks. last time ginawa kong reason eh kumain ako ng marami kaya umayaw ako sa inom. shumat lg mga 2-3 tapos tama na. sabi ko mareami ako nakain saka mg ddrive pa ako.

    kung madalas mag dahilan ka na parati, kung minsan lang take it but moderately :)
