Sore? not sore?

bakit ganun wala akong mafeel after ng workout ko, d rin masakit katawan ko kinabukasan. imposible mabilis ako magrecover nag heheavy naman ako intense din. 6 days split routine pa ako push pull leg. normal ba to sabi nila overtraining daw

    according sa nabasa ko sore is not always equal to a good workout. so yeah ok lang yan i think normal lang yan

    hmm i think sore is not always equal to progress it can be sometimes uhhh overtraining so ayun.

    overtraining...only you can answer that...if you can bench 100 and you did chest again after 72hrs and can only do 80lbs, that means you havent fully recovered yet
