Trisets

Good day!

Mga boss ano masasabi niyo sa trisets na technique.
For example sa shoulder mo, Dumbbell press + Side lateral raise + power partial

Marami kasi akong nabasa na effective daw ito, per gano kadalas mo ba dapat ito gawin at kung gagawin mo nga dapat ba experienced lifter kana? Mga 1 yr na o pwedeng as early as 4 to 6 months.

    na try ko na to dati sir,, nung nag DTP ni Kris Gethin ako.. para sakin ok naman,, nung tnry ko kasi to mga 1year nakong nag ggym nun.. pero kung newbie siguro medyo delicate. hehe.. hangang ngayon pag nag mamadali akong matapos sa gym ganyan ginagawa ko hehehe .pero kailangan praktisado ka sa cardio kasi nakakahingal yan.. pag bihira ka mag cardio kakapusin ka sa hangin.. hehehe..personal opinion lang sir, hintayin mo yung sagot ng mga master dito... hehehe

    Salamat sa sagot boss, sabagay yung superset lang hingal na ko sobra. Di ko pa nattry kasi iniisip ko baka di ko magawa yung reps na inaabot ko. Di pa naman ako nag cacardio.

    benefits

    1. ok sya to increase heartrate(cardio)
    2. youll finish faster
    3. shock the muscle for more growth

    cons
    1. weight and form ( on the final reps ) are sacrificed
    2. prone to injury if forced reps

    ok lang if newbie gumawa as long as good form thats why its better if medyo novice lifter...

    Ahaha, kala ko may libreng trainer na tayo. Joke. Tska na boss pag nagkitakita tayo. Isang andoks manok lang ah? hehe..
