    lard sir yun diba? yung katas ng beef?? nung nag luto ako ng 1kilo ground beef na may patatas at carrots na may tomato sauce dame kong nakuhang oil galing sa beef. hahaha. yun ginagamit ko sa pag fry.. tapos ok lang kaya sir na mga ilang beses siya ginagamit? for example, yung lard na pang fry ko sa beef patties syempre kakatas ulit yun, nilalagay ko ulit sa lalagyan ko ng lard, tapos gagamitin ko ulit?

    mas ok yun sa butter coz yung butter natin dito low quality, hindi grass fed, pero i digress, thats a different story naman, grass fed vs corn fed cows...

    masarap mag luto, ako din kasi cook dito sa bahay. hahaha.pero ngayon halos kanya kanya kaming luto ng asawa ko, pareho kasi kaming nag ddiet ng asawa ko, iba diet niya, iba din sakin,, kaya kanya kanya kami. hahaha.

    wow! next time ang patties ko lagyan ko na rin ng eggs para medyo malambot hehe at parang torta ang dating tama ba sir pandy?

    goodluck satin sir. hehehe..
    ako ngayon medyo hindi din consistent sa keto.. simula nung makakita na ng results,naging kampante na. hahaha. pero tuloy tuloy lang din ang low carbs at pag limit ng calories, at during training days fasted ako mag workout.. pero hindi tulad dati strict keto talaga,na kahit nasa harap ko na yung pizza hindi talaga ako kakain, ngayon siguro atleast 2x a week ako na papakain ng carbs kapag may tukso.. hahaha pero monitor parin caloric deficit.. so far ok pa naman hehehe.

    uo masarap may egg.. nilalagyan ko talaga pang dagdag lang sa macros protein at fats. hahaha.

    1 whole chicken sa SM hyper, sabihin ko lang napaka alat ng manok, bad trip talaga, karaniwan nauubos ko yun isang buong manok(baliwag/andoks/shopwise/home made), pero ngayon masuka suka ako sa alat at parang hilaw pa.. hahaha. aso at pusa tuloy nakinabang. hahahaha.
