    alam ko sir issue na to dati, kaya hindi din ako convince nun sa PM7 pero may thread dito sa PBB about jan.. alam ko na clear na yan e.. tsaka meron din dito na veteran na na gumagamit din ng PM7 ng ilang taon narin, nalimutan ko lang name. tsaka dati nakakatakot talaga uminom niyan, kasi walang website at hindi mo alam kung san galing,pero ngayon meron na,tsaka ini endorse narin siya ng mga celebrities..hehehe. pero not sure parin.haha. kung may budget ka naman sir,, para mas sure dun kana sa mga branded na protein powder.. like mutant whey.. mura din yun.. yung 10lbs nila dati nakabili ako 3500 lang sa cash and carry.

    ako din sir e, diba masama pag nasobrahan sa protein? minsan kasi pag nag whey pa ko laki na ng sobrang protein intake ko,,base sa my fitness pal app. sa pagkain pa lang kasi ok na. minsan 1 whole chicken malapit na niya ma meet e.. hehe

    i noticed that there is no difference if i intake 200 or 130g, since i started this warrior protocol, rarely did i go over 150g..maybe the hodge twins were right, people that are into juice lang ang mag ta-take advantage of the additional protein coz of the additional protein synthesis...i gained weight these past 3 months. but my calories are consistant 2300k or less..btw lost an inch sa waist...that why i know di ako tumaba

    Bench press Pyramid + 2 other chest exercise
    Dumbbell rows 5x5 + 2 other back exercise
    Accessory exercise - Triceps & Biceps

    Pre workout
    neurocore

    Post workout
    PM7 2 scoops
    Same beef patties pero mas nilakihan ko. 500 grams beef= 2 patties lang. with cheese again, cucumber, egg and carrots on the side. hehehe.

    Deadlift Pyramid
    Military press 5x5+ 3 other shoulder exercise + shrugs
    Accessory exercise - Triceps & Biceps

    Pre workout - neurocore+creatine

    Post workout
    carbs carbs carbs. hahaha. bday kasi ng nanay ko kaya napakain nanaman.. hihihi

    Burger patties again :) with cheese eggs and mushroom.
    snack maya maya. coffee with virgin coconut oil. kain mga sir.. hehe
