    hirap talaga pag libre, hindi makatanggi.. hahaha.. sakin yung bacon wrapped, kay mrs. yung isa. wew... pero hindi ako nabusog. mas busog ako sa 1 whole chicken. hehehe
    maliit sa pic, pero malaki yan sa personal hehehe.

    workout for today

    Leg press 4x10-12 hindi ako nakapag squat kasi ang dulas ng sahig, walang rubber mat dun sa squat rack, mahirap na baka maaksidente hehe, madulas kasi umuulan din basa yung mga sapatos.
    Dead lift Pyramid
    military press 5x5+ 3 other shoulder exercises+ shrugs
    accessory exercise - triceps, biceps.

    Pre-workout around 11am 3 tbsp peanut butter+ skyflakes and biogesic, medyo masama pakiramdam ko, yung pakiramdam na lalagnatin..
    - 5pm neurocore+creatine
    Post workout
    beef patties and mixed veggies na stir fry sa beef tallow. kain tayo mga sirs.. :)

    yung 3 patties hindi pa luto, hindi na nakahintay.. hahaha. total of 9 patties yan.pero medium size lang :)

    pinalamanan ko ng home made cheese. hehehe.

    paps, 10days na ako nag one meal a day, single meal ko is 2200-2400, tataka ako im not losing strength...

    bawing bawi naman kasi pag kakain na hahaha... tsaka siguro kung tama ang timing sleep/activity/eating siguro ok naman hindi ka po manghihina.. ako tinatiming ko yung madameng kain ko sa gabi, mga 7pm-8pm,, para konti na lang sleeping time na, around 10pm ako natutulog. hindi na ako nag ccrave na kumain ulit.. hehehe. tapos sunod na kain ko nun tanghali na,, pero hindi pa heavy meal,, parang snack lang coffee na may peanut butter at coconut oil.,, gusto ko kasi pag mag ggym ako yung konti lang kain ko or fasted ako.. tapos tsaka na ako lalamon pag tapos mag gym.. pag rest day naman minsan nag fafast ako ng mas matagal sa 16hours. tapos isang kainan lang sa hapon or sa gabi.. hehe pero hindi naman ako natutulog ng busog ha.. hahaha. and may calorie limit parin.. ngayon nasa 1900cal ako per day.

    well subok lang, im testing if what kinobody says, total macros matter, even you workout in the morning, may undigested food kapa from the night before...pero im beginning to like it, 6pm ako start kumain

    yep,, home made "daw". hahaha. sa parang bazaar namin na bili sa robinsons, yung mga nag bebenta ng home made puto pao,etc. etc. hahaha. tsaka ang mura kasi, 170 pesos lang napaka laki.. siguro dalawang malaking box nung eden cheese... hindi siya kita sa pics kasi medyo malabo,, pero ayun siya oh,katabi nung uncooked na beef patties na nasa bowl. hehehe. isang bloke.. hehehe. tsaka parang quick melt, pag lagay ko sa gitna ng beef patties na bagong luto natunaw e.. hehehe..

    Squat 5x5
    Bench press pyramid + 2 other chest exercise
    Dumbbell rows 5x7 + 3 other back exercise
    accessory exercise - triceps & biceps

    Pre-workout
    around 11am Brunch, tnry ko tong sikat na hand-pulled noodle sa binondo/168mall. sa lanzhou la mien. beef wanton..nasa divi kami ng maaga kinamusta ko yung barong suit ko, hindi pa pala tapos haha, tapos namili narin ng souvenirs etc.
    around 5pm pag dating sa bahay derecho kagad sa gym=1scoop neurocore, nalimutan ko lagyan creatine,nagmamadali kasi. hehe

    post workout
    around 7pm - salad??? (6pcs. eggs, 1 cucumber, cheese,olive oil, coconut oil, tuna) halohalo na. hahaha. :)

    ilang araw nakong guilty sa pagkain.... tskk.. bday month din kasi ng anak ko. dameng kainan.. wahhhhhhh... bakit kaya kapag medyo pumayat na or may results na malakas na loob mag cheat day.. haha. kaasar.. parang cheat week nga ginawa ko, hindi day... hayss.

    workout for today

    Bago mag gym nag cardio nako sa bahay 20minutes metafit/tabata style cardio

    gym around 5pm:
    squat 5x5
    deadlift pyramid
    military press 5x8-10 magaan muna ngayon sa shoulders kasi parang may mild sprain. + 2 other shoulder exercises na magagaan lang din + shrugs
    accessory exercise - triceps, biceps
    elliptical trainer 10 minutes

    pre-workout
    breakfast around 9am potato salad with lettuce,tomato,corn kernel and olive oil. ngayon lang ulit ako kumain ng ganito ka aga. napilitan lang kumain kasi sayang yung salad baka mapanis haha,kahapon pa kasi to binili sa rob. salad corner. then bago mag cardio nag kape din ako, around 2pm.
    4pm neurocore, then nag misa muna kami,tsaka derecho gym. hehehe

    post workout
    same beef patties. but now with more twist. wehehehe. kain mga sir.... ay ubos na pala.. hahaha

    hahaha, ayos ba.parang nagiging food journal na nga. hahaha. sa susunod gym photos naman post ko.. nahiya kasi ako mag picture picture sa gym. hahaha.
