Looking for advise mga bro
Height 5'8"
Current Weight 150lbs. - previously 180lbs

Workout: 5-6 times a week

    Having a calorie deficit thru food restriction, exercise or both is neccessary, the weight you lost coming from 180lbs, most of it is not fat, its just water....you are asking becoz everthing stopped, the losing part that is, just be patient...as long as youre consistent...the nearer you are to your target weight..the harder it is...ganun talaga

    At your current weight, that is already low, you need to add lean mass, it will be your metabolic engine, eat sensibly and workout consistently, your flab will eventually disappear.

  • Thanks troll. Dun ako confused if you said is already low dapat hindi na ko magdeficit ng food intake? Another question trying to increase protein through chicken okay lang ba kung ang luto ng chicken breast ay normal lutong bahay like adobo, tinola, kaldereta but all breast part. Thanks

    ginagawa ko lahat nang potahe na minention nyo sir puro chicken breast din hehehe
    chicken stew, grilled, steamed adobo, tinola, pininyahang manok atbp hehe marami potahe ang pwede lutuin para di naman nakaka umay

    Thanks t4g4y. Kala ko kasi kailangan healthy din ang luto ng chicken, kasi ung iba nababasa ko parang boiled at grilled lang mahirap lulunin.
