Good day! I'm starting again to rebuild my self as i look so thin. My current stats are:
25 years old
5'4"
110 lbs / 50kg
Skinny Fat (14.7% current body fat)

Morning:
3 Whole Hard-boiled Eggs (450 cal / 30g Fat / 36g Protein)
1 Cup Rice (200 cal, 3g protein , 45g carb)
1 serving Energen Chocolate

Morning snack:
1 serving (2pcs) Gardenia Whole Wheat Bread (166 cal / 2g Fat / 8g Protein / 30g Carbs)

Lunch:
1/2 Roasted Chicken(andoks) skin peeled, chopped (estimate 400 cal / 15g Fat / 50 Protein / 0 Carbs)
1 serving Pineapple Juice

Post workout:
1 serving ON Pro Gainer (650 cal / 8g Fat / 60g Protein / 85g Carbs)
5g Creatine Monohydrate

Snacks:
1 serving (2pcs) Gardenia Whole Wheat Bread (166 cal / 2g Fat / 8g Protein / 30g Carbs)

Dinner:
2 Hard-boiled eggs / kain + ulam

Supplements:
ON Pro Gainer
ON Optimen
ON Fishoil
On Micronized Creatine Monohydrate

Workout : I'm starting with low-rep heavy compound exercises with isolation on chest and upper back and legs.

Am i lacking something? (aside from low sugary food, i only take water, no coffee)

    Download myfitnesspal, so you could track your macros and calories easily...you should know your maintainance, add 200-500 on top of that...dont go overboard..its harder to loss the fat and retain the muscle at the same time, Chk weekly for improvements, add calories only when needed.

    nakakasuya men, puro mamantika na nasa bibig ko buong arw. 2100 staple calorie, buong araw may laman tiyan nice thing is hindi mabigat sa tiyan. yung tubig lang

    totoo po ba ok lang yung skin ng chicken basta roasted? hehehe. ako din kasi hindi ko kinakain yung skin, kala ko kasi masama.

    ang masama sir pag di masarap, yun masama yun haha, eh halos lahat nang roast chicken masarap kaya go lang haha

    I currently stopped taking Gardenia Whole Wheat Bread as feel bloated in my mid section, and replaced it with egg whites. I feel like i'm doing Ketogenic Diet, with superlow carbo

    Ketogenic diets are ok but not sustainable, did it for a year, lost around 30lbs
