I am starting workout when I was college 3 yrs ago. in first place so much discouragement and narinig ko. DI na daw ako tataba, yates na talaga katawan ko, at wala ng pag asang tumaba. Malakas nmn ako kumain. actually Lamon ang ginagawa ko kaya ang result is laki ng tiyan ko...
