    18 pa lang tapos home workout lang ginagawa ko like pushups pullups at tricep dips parang triceps lang po yung gusto ko mabuilt

    ganyang arms lang po satisfied na ko ano po yung matapang ? kailangan ko po ba ng supplements kasi po di ko alam gagawin

    I think ang gusto nyang tularan ay yuung nasa 2nd attachment nya. yung pic ata nag tropa nya na nakasando which looks kinda not lifting. Ika nga as per Vinch, wag na lang mag buhat at mamuhay ng normal.

    pero kasi yung second attachment ko ng pic eh dating skinny at tinanong ko sya kung pano nagbago body nya sabi nya eh mag gym daw ako yun daw ginawa nya

    Alam mo magulo ka talaga pare. Gusto mo maging katulad nung may salamin at braso ng tropa mo at ayaw mo maging mascular. Pero yung unang photo eh mascular na yun sa lagay nya kumpara sa tropa mo. Sundin mo nalang sabi ni Vinch. Hindi ka namin syota kaya wag tayo mag lokohan dito.
