    I used to wear nike golf shirts but now theyre too big.

    Holy sh*t haha apat na Tshirt na mabibili ko sa 1.5k sir lol. Anyway branded naman eh at rustans so alam na hehe

    Haha, yun ang pinaka mura...Btw look for shirts at nike golf or pacsports, look for the nike dri fit polo shirts and purchase one, after 5 years and theyll still looks new...

    yes, but its not a complete protein like eggs, meat and whey/milk

    In coconut oil, i weighed them before and after, i came across this vid last year...

    Got me thinking when im checking my data on myfitness pal, some of the numbers indicates that macros says its for raw, so i started to log it when its cooked, big discrepancy...remember raw meat contains plenty of water.
