    mag 7 months narin akong nag bubuhat sir pero wala akong program basta buhat baka pwd mo nmn akong bigyan ng tip sir 31 na ko kaya pa ba yan sir? lose fat gain muscle yung gusto ko gawin

    alam mo, wala sa edad yan eh.. ako 32 na ako pero buhat pa rin at somehow, may progress rin naman akong nakikita. Sipag lang talaga yang at determinsayon.

    If youre in your 30s and you feel old, that makes me a senior, btw im 42, trick is stay within a caloric deficit, track your macros and have enough rest, dont cut your calories, what you do is make a deficit by increasing your work load or doing HIIT cardio.

    mga sir ok po ba tong diet plan ko

    Diet/Meal Plan:

    Meal 1 (9:00 am): 1 cup OATS + 4 eggs + 1 banana
    Meal 2 (11:00 am): slice brown bread with peanut butter + 1 green apple
    Meal 3 (1:00 pm): 1 cup rice + 1 cup broccoli + 1 ground beef ( around 100g )
    Meal 4 (4:00pm):1slice brown bread with peanut butter + 1 green apple + greek yogurt
    Meal 5 (6:00pm): 1 tilapia/tuna + 3 white egg 
    Workout time:    7:00 - 9:00 PM
    Postwork-out 5g creatine + 2 scoop syntha 6 protein powder

    If youre really serious about losing excess weight/fat, here is what you need,

    1. Digital food scale, bought mine at SM department store, around 600

    1. Download the free App myfitnesspal, IOS and in Andriod, count calories so you wont go overboard in calories, manage protein first, once youve taken enough you can add a cheat meal of 300-400 calories, as long as youre in a deficit of 500 a day, youll still lose a pound a week.

    1. Not nessesity but it helped me to track my calories expenditure, Fitbit blaze HR, i can monitor how many calories i burn a day, i can add another meal in if nessesary.

    It monitors sleep, steps, etc and has a nice App that is snyced with myfitnesspal

    My advice is dont cut calories, you make a deficit by adding output or an activity, if you cut calories, you wont feed your existing lean mass.
