yes 5x5 is the way to go... i gained 10lbs from that.. but now im stuck sa 130lbs i tried split routines
You might be wondering bakit namin sinasabi na 5x5.
Explanation: ang 5x5 ay isang program na binubuo ng mga Compound Exercise o mga ehersisyong gumagamit ng 2 o 3 pataas ng muscles. at dahil doon mas maraming muscle group ang maeexecise mo mas mabilis ang pag laki ng katawan mo.
Stick with doing pyramiding first, go eat, eat and eat, have ample rest, do a body part every 5-7 days...more doesnt equate to better training, remember that youre a beginner, its not just the muscle that needs to get used to training, its the mindset and nervous system.
