struggling..

mga boss ask ko lang. im 5'3 and 75kg.. and im 27y/o anyone that can help me with my weight. nagboboxing ako nagstart ako ng monday so MWF sched ko.. got 10sessions. may kabawasan na ba un? pwede ba ko magtake ng whey? o pagbumagsak na katawan ko? i mean kapag pumayat na ko.
