Newbie from Laguna

Hello good morning!

My name is Jake. Newbie po dito. Natuwa naman ako at may forum pala na ganito!

Been lifting weights since April last year. Nagtrim down weight ko within 3 months sa 360 fitness. And now patapos na yung contract ko dun. Either kumuha ulit ako or maghahanap na ko ng much cheaper na buhat gyms na lang :(

Current weight - 165lbs
Current BF: 16%
Muscle mass: 132lbs

Current PR ko po:

Deadlift - 150kg
Bench Press - 80kg
Squat - 100kg

Sana tulungan niyo ko makahanap ng inexpensive gyms around Makati. At sa mga tips kung pano maglose pa ng body fats para maging mas lean at tumaas ung muscle mass ko po.
