  • ang daming set. umaabot ng 6 sets. di kaya overtraining na yan para sating mga pinoys? or its worth a try?

    that 6 set includes 2 warmup sets at the beginning. always do warmup sets para maka iwas sa injuries. but take in mind guys, these programs are based (not exactly 100%) on how pros train themselves so it might be a little difficult for a beginner or a novice trainee. but then again there's no harm in trying. who knows, baka mas hiyang ang katawan nyo sa ganitong klaseng training.

    ahahah! no prob! thats good stick with your program until you feel its time to move on with something new that will challenge your body to the next level.
