Planning SL 5x5 gaano ka effective

Mga master. May tanong lang ako. Nag pla-plano ako mag 5x5 this January hanggang summer. Tanong ko lang kung gaano ka effective tong program na to though nag research nako. Nag aalangan kasi ako baka lalo ako pumayat. Para kasi di nako nag gi gain talaga. 141lbs parin ako. Diet ko same parin. 3-4 times a week parin ako mag gi-GYM. Same parin kung gaano ako katagal sa gym. Suggestion naman mga sir kung dapat ko bang i-try at least 3 months sana. Salamat mga sir

    All programs are effective assuming your diet is ok

    Check your diet. I think the fear of losing your 6-pack abs is the one holding you back

    6-pack abs is useless if you don't look like you lift when you're already wearing clothes and not flexing your muscles

    Are you eating enough to make gains? How about rest?

    Hindi naman sir. Kasi once a week ko na lang wino-workout yung abs ko. Feel like I don't care about it for now. Diet ko okay naman. I'm always full of carbo, protein, fats(I don't know). I take mutant mass but seems like there's no effect at all. I lose weight easily. So, should I stick with what I'm doing or mag try ako ng ibang program? I still work out though di ko na uupdate yung journal ko kasi busy na. But still pag dating sa gym it still a business.

    Regarding sa halata ba kung nagbubuhat ako. Oo, obvious siya kahit sa mga di ko kakilalang tao alam nila na nag gygym ako. Halata naman. Di naman sa nagmamalaki pero maraming nag aadmire na magkaroon ng same body like me. Pero sa sarili ko at pag tingin sa salamin di ako kontento. PArang may kulang. O kulang talaga sa SIZE. At yung pakiramdam na parang ayaw mo na mar gym.. Like kahapon BAD DAY talaga. Ang tamad ko mag legs kahapon. 30mins palang ako umuwi nako kasi alam ko na wala akong gagawing matino.

    Not only enough, A LOT is what what'm doing. Sa rest nakaka 7-8 hrs naman ako so far.

    Try reducing protein to 100 - 120 grams para makakain ka pa ng mas maraming carbs and fats. Lamon to the max muna ang gawin mo pero make sure whole foods

    Sa tulog, mas importante ang quality kaysa quantity. Mas pipiliin ko ang 6-hour sleep na mahimbing at walang putol kaysa 8-hour sleep na magigising ka ng bandang 2 or 3 AM para umihi. Ang pinakamagandang measure ng sleep quality ay yung pakiramdam upon waking up. Pag feeling refreshed or energetic ka pagkagising, ibig sabihin ay maganda ang tulog. Base lang yan sa experience ko

    Usually nagigising ako ng alarm so laging mabigat sa pakiramdam gising ko kahit 7-8 hours na. So siguro kapag naka 6hrs ako at nagising nako na okay pakiramdam ko should be enough na. Kasi madalas kapag alam kong naka 6hrs palang ako matutulog ulit ako kaya second time around ng gising parang kulang na kulang sa pakiramdam. I'll try those suggestions sir. Focus sa carbs and fats. Thanks ulit sir. Diet nga talaga and rest. Very helpful. Additional question sir that I have. Pagkagising, do I need to stretch the muscle sa whole body like holding it for 12-20 seconds? Kelangan ko ba gawin yun everyday? Napanuod ko lang sa youtube na ginagawa lagi ni JEFF SEID everytime he wakes up. Is it really necessary to do it on a daily basis to let the blood flow continuously sa muscles?
