NEWCOMER HERE! A BIT OVERWEIGHT!

Hi guys, newcomer here looking forward to build muscle and lose fat cause as you can see i'm overweight i am formerly 90 kgs and as of now i'm doing my diet and workout pretty well so i lose 6 kilos in 3 weeks, my goal is to lose weight muna and then after that i wanna build lean muscle as much as possible! Pero sa progress ko ngayon d naiiwanan ang muscle kasi nagmumuka akong shredded habang nag lo-lose ng weight.

Pinaka ayaw ko talga maghubad ng pang itaas na damit kasi sobrang sagwa ng katawan ko, ang panget ng chest ko at yan talga ang insecurity before but now i see changes naman, pahinto hinto kasi ako pero ngayon gusto ko na karerin ang pag ddiet at pag wo-workout since wala akong work ngayon and may health issues din ako dati kaya gusto ko maging healthy, technically d na bago sken ang pag wo-workout kasi i've been doing this since college plang ako pero yun nga pasulpot sulpot lang.

  • as of now madalas ako sa gym sir, 3 days in a row talaga ang target ko tas 48 hours na off sa gym pero depende yun minsan 2 days lang tas off gym na ko ng 24 hours kasi denedepende ko sa nararamdaman ko, may inaalalayan kasi akong injury sa right arm, nabali kasi to 3 years ago pero ok na cya ngayon.
