Incline bench press: 90lbsx12repsx3set=Its first time ko umabot dito 90lbs. Di po ba masama sakin yun sir bane eto kasi yung sabi mo sakin kung ano yung mas challenging sakin ^^ Gusto ko pa higitan kaso 120lbs lang maximum ^^ Di ba makkaudlod sa pagtangkad ko yun?

Yan po kasi ginagawa ko pag nasa gym ako inaabot ako almost 2hours kahit sobrang pagod na sige parin ^^ Minsan may time na parang tutumba na ako grabe! ^^ Pero sige parin ^^ Basang basa na damit ko piniga ko na sige parin ^^ Kaya ko to! Gusto ko magka abs. mag ka muscles not perfect pero magandang tignan pag summer ^^

  • Di ko gets kung pano mo gagawin ung farmer's carries mo na 12 reps x 3 sets. isang rep = isang step? mas maganda kung goal mo is 50 steps x 3  sets tapos every workout try mo dagdagan 5-10 steps.

    If your still a newbie brad,i suggest make it simple muna At wag kopyahin ang routine ng idol mo kse ilang taon na ang idol mo nagbubuhat at malakas nayung idol mo.

    Kung tama pagkakaintindi ko araw-araw ka magwo-work out to gain weight? You should give it a rest. 3-4 times a week is fine kung ang goal mo is to gain weight. Tsaka siguro first na dapat mo gawin ay i-organize ang program mo bago mo tirahin ang Gym at para makakuha ka ng magandang advice sa mga masters dito. Tama yang ginagawa mo nag reresearch ka. Tuloy mo lang. At for sure naman sa Gym niyo may mga matagal naring naglalaro so kuha ka ng idea sa kanila at least madagdagan yung kaalaman mo. Good luck sa journey.

Nung time po nayan yung 1 arm incline bench press please watch Jeff cavaliere 8 best dumbell exercise hit every muscle para po malinawan kayo. and yung 300repx5set its correct po sir this day halos ganyan ginawa ko kaya nagcrunch na yung abs ko. I dont have a phone para po mapakita ko yung abs. ^^ But now i started morning 100x3set lang nagawa ko sa gym buddy! ^^ And yung core crusher Barbell Watch this video jeff cavaliere Core crusher abs, And yung back workout pullups is lay pullups minsan po nuod po kayo sa youtube exercise form para po hindi po bago sainyo. Kahit po sakin bago poyun pero iniintindi ko nalang po. ^^

    Gusto ko po sana gawin yan kaso hinahabol kopo yung oras e ^^ tinutulungan ko po lolo sa pagttinda ^^ Yes 1steps 1reps. ^^ Mahihirapan na po ako pag 50steps ginawa ko . almost 1meter po ang 1steps ko. kaya 12lang ^^

    Focus ka muna sa compound exercises, 4 sure alam mo na yan kasi nanonood ka ng athlean-x db?

    Imposible magkaroon ng magandang physique sa strength level mo ngayon
