pano ba makukuha ung ganitong katawan nto nd mga ilang yrs kya?

any suggestion ba dyan bout d proper program to look like ds?

any suggestion bout magandang food supplement, m thinking whey with amino 2222 or promatrix with amino 2222..

malaki pong tulong mga inputs nyo mga sir..i think sa chest at abs ako mahihirapan.. right now chest muna, mahina dw paglaki ng muscle kung isabay ung abs.. so chest muna nd whey nd amino 2222 ung plan ko ds mnth starting ds week... or mas ok ba ung promatrix kysa sa whey.... sana matulongan..

    There is no such program that can help you to build a body like on the picture Have I seen it? Basic weight training, proper diet (bulking/cutting phase), Enough rest, and proper execution lang sa exercise for me ang maka katulong sa yo upang makuha mo ang gusto mong physique. Supplementation and nutrition timing is also a big factor. ;-)

Basic weight training, proper diet (bulking/cutting phase), Enough rest, and proper execution lang sa exercise for me ang maka katulong sa yo upang makuha mo ang gusto mong physique. Supplementation and nutrition timing is also a big factor. ;-)

    ^ Proper supplementation refers to taking necessary supplements (pre/post). Importante kase yun lalo na pag may goals ka talagang gusto mung abutin. Nutrition timing refers to taking your supplements on time (e.g. taking jack3d 15-30mins prior work out and or taking your whey right after workout). Isa pa, yung pagkain mo . If you are taking 5-6meals / day, dapat 2-3hrs yung intervals then wag mo hayaang mag starve ka. If you are very busy at the office, make sure na may baon kang protein stack and carbs.. di pa rin ako expert nito but hope this helps ;-)

    increase ko amino2222 ngayon at 7tabs a day 2tabs pagkagising around 9am, 2tabs mga 2pm nd 1tab around 3:30pm dn workout 4:30 basta mga until 7pm.. dn 2tabs pagkatapus, dn serious mass pero bukas mgpromatrix nko..

    4days lang ako mgworkout, in a week
    monday back nd chest
    thuesday biceps/triceps/legs
    wedsday shoulder/legs (if arang nakulangan ako, ung d namamaga)
    thursday chest/biceps/triceps

    salamat boss.. d naman kacareerin talaga pero meron lang ako desired body form na pinapangarap ko.. hehehe.. nd on my 2ndweek sa program ko na nxa itaas balak ko muna tapusin, tsaka na cguro ung mga suggestions dun sa ebook.. hehe.. try ko basahin un.. hehe tamad pa naman ako magbasa.. hehe

    haha.. i think lang kc achievable tong katawan nto pero tingin ko sa chest ang mahirap.. uhm kahapon ko lang nakita movie na yan nd yup maganda kahit pirated.. bwahahaha... 1yr dn nya nakuha yang katawan na yan, i dnt know kung ilang yrs ko makukuha kc m starting at payat form... hehehe.. pero start nko mgpabulk now.. feels so great na mafefeel nd makikita mo development ng katawan mo, kahapon lang daming frnds ko nakapansin, akala nila tagal ndw ako ngggym , kaso 3weeks palang ako,, hehe proper supplementation lang talaga nd right program nd right execution.. sana mgtuloy2x nto.. hehehe

    kung kaka career ang pag bubuhat daming ibig sabihin ...pwedeng powerlifter or bodybuilder..

    pero mostly kelangan mo na mag roids dyan kaya habang maaga pag aralan na tungkol about sa roids

    opinyon ko lang to pero ito kasi karamihan nababasa ko
  • u think bro d ko makakamit yan if not with steroids? nakagamit nko ng steroids with knowing na steroids pla un for just 10 tabs, maganda rin pero ang ayaw ko ung side effects.. haha.. cguro proper supplementation lang muna kailangan ko sa ngayon.. m using serious mass nd right now promatrix gamit ko kc mura tsaka ok dw base sa mga sinasabi ng kaibigan ko..

    that physique is absolutely achievable naturally. hindi mo kailangan mag steroids para maging ganyan katawan mo. its like 140-150lbs of mass with 15% bodyfat. kayang kaya mo yan basta may disiplina ka lang sa sarili!

    hehehe.. kaya nga ginaganahan ako sa sarili ko namagbuhat kc tingin ko kayanin ko, as of now chest lang muna ang pinoproblima ko.. hehehe.. uhm .. maliit na tao lang ako about 5ft.2nches mga ilang kilo kya un boss? nd talking of disiplima boss? kc wla nmn akong bisyo, probs ko lang na nakita ko is tungkol sa kain kc medyo d ako mahilig nyan, nd overtraining cguro coz laging kong ginagawa yan, noon nga everyday from 7-12noon all body parts ginagawa ko ya at 2mnths kinakaya ko 40lbs each hand na dbcurls nd 130lbs na benchpress.. but drained maxado katawan ko noon.. but now less than 3weeks mas ok form ko ngayon compare sa dati kc with supplemtns nko now, 5-7tabs amino22 nd serious mass pero replace ko ng promatrix..ginaganahan nko ngayon mgworkout uli kc muntikan nkong mamatay ng dahil sa cobra energy drnks, drained subra ang katawan ko heto pic on recovery process pa ako nito, kya pagbalik ko sa gym wla pang 2weeks with supplementation maganda ung nakita kong development sa katawan ko, even morethan 3months ng mga kasabay ko parang naovertake ko development nila kya hope lagi akong gaganahan lalo na na d pla ganun ka mahal ung mga supplements.. heto nga pla pics ko dati paxenxa na.. hehe mas malaki pa ung pocket bully ko.. bwahaha...

    @jigz- dude, ganun ka pa din ba katagal mag train ngayun? eh hindi ka nga lalaki nyan kung ganun ka katagal sa gym. kahit na anong kain at supplements and itake mo kung susunugin mo lang ng susunigin ng mahabang oras sa gym wala din mangyayari. pero alam ko na alam mo na to lol matagal ka na din nag eensayo eh. yang trip mong katawan madali lang yan kung gusto mo talaga.

    mga 2hrs nlang ako sa gym ngayon, heto talaga ako, tamad kung tamad pero kung maging active nmn dn subrang active dn.. noon ung 7-12noon bro.. ngayon 4/4:30-7pm.. 4 sessions per week lang.. ryt now m on my third week, plan ko sa 4week ko ehh bumbahin ng supplements nd kung kakayanin mgsupersets.. about 3weeks more to go nd plan ko mgcutting phase pang tanggal sa taba kc lumaki ngayon ang tyan ko..

    kaya naman siya naturally..ang sinasabi ko lang yung mga kina career kasi diba sineseryoso nila kaya need na ng roids sa kanilang powerlifting/bodybuilding kasi ganun ang labanan dun hehe

    It will take time for you to achieve a body like that! dapat pinagtabi mo pic mo at yan para ma compare natin kung ilang years pa kailangan mo workout and nutrition etc. if you want a shortcut there is a way you can achieve that in 6 months to 1 year

    hehe.. dnt wory baka ds weekends, mg3weeks nko sa gym ipagtabi ko pics namin.. kahit kakahiya.. hahaha... anong shortcuts bro roids ba? cguro ill consider that pero now now pa cguro.. 5months lang plan ko with proper supplementation nd diet, medyo positive lang ako sa sarili ko.. nd cguro by 3mnths malalaman ko na kung kakayanin ba or hindi kung hindi dn cguro ill consider roids for 2months lang cguro.. dn maintain nlang...
