How to use MUTANT MASS ?

Mga master may tanong ulit ako. last month nag take ako ng mutant mass 5lbs 2x a day ako uminom bale tig 1 scoop kasi natatae ako pag ginawang kong 2 scoops sa isang shaker. ang tanong ko lang sir paano mas umeffect ang mutant mass sa akin? mas tumaba ako sa pagkain hehe kaso gusto ko mas bulk from 

45kgs to 70kgs ako no supplement yan

    This means your body is rejecting it.  You're better off taking a small serving like you are doing and let your body get used to it rather than taking a full serving and letting it go straight to the crapper.  That would be literally throwing money down the drain.  People bulking from real food don't really experience this because it takes time for your body to build up appetite, by which time your stomach is able to digest the increased intake as well.

    Why take mass gainer if you're gaining from eating real food?  Excessive intake will just be fat, that's something not noticeable when you're still thin as any increase in mass is taken as a good thing, but there will come a time you'll be working on removing that fat coz you want a better physique.

    hirap explain. ganito ksi sir yung katawan ko naman medyo okay naman. medyo may laman na ako. kaso ang liit pa din ng katawan ko. yung training ko naman okay naman pati diet. kaya gusto ko mag take ng MM para mas bulk

    Just make sure you check your body fat percentage. Take note, for people who've been ectomorphs in their youth, a bulky Arnold physique might not be attainable. Primarily because you can't change your bone structure, you really need a barrel chest to pull that off.

    Ang payat mo, bro. Mag-focus ka sa training at sa diet mo. Hindi magic ang supplement at kalokohan lang yang mass gainer. Mataas lang ang calorie content ng mass gainer pero wala yang special muscle-building properties. Kung increase in calorie intake lang ang habol mo, kumain ka na lang ng carbs at fats from whole foods (donuts and pizzas don't count)
