Shawarma

I'm planning to put up my own shawarma stall dito sa province. I'm the middle of researching pa about the business pa. I'm not planning to franchise. I want to build my own brand. One thing na na observe ko ay they are all the same (same meat, same toppings at same sauces). In your opinion guys, ma innovate pa kayo ang shawarma? What toppings and sauce you think meron ang isang shawarma ng isang bodybuilder? Feel free to comment o give ideas. Salamat po!
