New Life

I underwent a kidney transplant 7yrs ago because of Kidney Failure and I started lifting weights last January 2015 lang. Medyo may progress na but a problem I'm facing is mabagal ang progress ko because I'm taking medications na nakakabilis mag absorb ng fats ng katawan ko kaya mahirap mag bawas ng fats.. :D :D, Medyo limit ako sa protein from 60 to 80grms per day kasi isa lang kidney ko.. Madyo malaki na progress sa upper body ko kaya lang malaki pa din tiyan ko. I also have a bad genetics as form ng body. 

Ngayon addict na ako sa gym and I keep on pushing to prove to my self na kaya ko padin and to show to people like me na Kidney Transplants na we are normal at pweding makipag sabayan sa weight lifting. Napapansin ko kasi sa mga taong kaparehas ko, natatakot silang kumain ng protein, mag buhat ng mabigat or maulanan.

    keep it up dude. payo ko lang kapatid wag ka masyadong mag abs work out kasi dahil sinabi mo na nag pa kidney transplant ka. don't take any supplement like amino acid. saludong saludo ako sayo!  :)
