After almost a year of not training and lifting - my weight jumped from 79kgs (my lowest) to 90kgs. after a month of training, proper nutrition and dieting. i have managed to drop my weight by 3 kgs. Hopefully for the next 2 months or so, i can see again my 4 1/2 pack ( As my 9 yr old Daughter calls it). Training program, Meal plan, Photos will be posted as soon as i can. Everything about my Transformation will be posted here for feedback, tips, and support.
