Switching Routine/Program

Mga sir tanong ko lang. How long should you keep your program before you can try another one? Does switching program helps you gain more muscle? Specially po sakin, kahit mejo matagal nako nag gy-gym I see minimal gains. My diet is good (I think). Nakaka apekto ba ang graveyard job ko sa pag gain? Sorry po dami questions. Gusto ko lang kasi masabi na FINALLY THIS ROUTINE WORKS! Kung may thread na same as I posted please let me know also. Thanks in advance po.
