  • Tea is great too. If youre prone to getting caffeine jitters tea has caffeine and some thianine shit that counteracts the jitters, at least i heard

    Sakin ang proven kong nagbibigay ng dagdag lakas sakin ay, saging at oatmeal. hehe.
