Newbie here! Ako po ay nagpplano mag gym pero wala po akong idea kung pano ko sisimulan kaya ako humihingi ng tulong sainyo gusto ko kasi maging lean ang muscle and also fat loss sino po pwede tumulong sakin? Regularly po ako nag bbodyweight training sa bahay like push ups pull ups and other legs exercises including shoulders kasi may dumbells naman dito any suggestion po para makamit ko ang aking pangarap.

    Sir! I'm willing to train 3-4 times a week because I'm begginer yes meron po power rack sa pag ggyman ko tipness gym i think my bf is 20-25% goal ko sir is to have lean muscle and cut hehe
