Frustrations

Hi, pbb.

I saw this site because of my biggest frustration in life. Haha. 
I do have big belly. I'm 20, college student and I don't have any background in doing workouts.
Sobrang noob ako sa bagay na to. I've never been to a gym. I don't know what to expect or what to do.
I really want to lose fat. Medyo nahihiya din ako pumasok sa gym. Naiintimidate ako na parang natatakot, for some personal reason.


Any advice for foods to intake, vitamins or even routines na pwede ko magawa?
I'm planning of having 1500cal lang per day. More protein, less fat and carb.
I do jog sometimes and I just have stationary bike at home which I use 3-4x a week.

    Do I need to stop eating rice? Feeling ko kasi, sobra makapagpataba yun since carbs un.

    Kaya mo yan. Sana lang walang hagdan sa bahay nyo kasi mahirap maglakad sa 1st week. Haha

    bro @Naevus wag ka maintimidate mag gym, mind your own busness, the fact that you want/youre there is because you know that there is a problem you need to fix. Go fix it, walang gagawa nyan para sayo. belve me, walang pakealam mga tao sa gym sayo, akala mo lang un. akala ko lang din dati un. ganyan din ako before.

    re: 5x5 kaya mo yun. ang goal nga nyan is lumakas ka. hindi pang malakas. PARA LUMAKAS. if you read thoroughlymaiintindihan mo na mag stastart ka sa weight na kaya mo then youll progress. read it.

    rice? ang tanong, gano ka kadami kumain ng kanin? 1 kaldero? 1/2? 5 cups? 4 cups? 2 cups? 68kgs ka lang ang gaan mo lang paps, malamang skinny fat ka ung medyo flat upper body mo tapos medyo bulding ung lower? pics paps ng matulungan kpa mga tao dito

    It's funny, during my college days. nakakaintimidate kung wala or pangit cellphone mo! kasi yun ang uso dati unahan magkaron ng latest model. Wala pakialam kung malaki belly.

    ngayon iba na problema ng mga teens. Dont know if it's good or a bad thing to worry about.

    Just go to the gym and lift. Read, ask questions... then lift again. You will learn more if you got to the gym a lot.

    advice lang sa pag gym... wag mo isipin yung ibang tao, wag ka maintimidate dun sa mga malalaki at magaganda na ang katawan sa gym.....kasi sigurado ako lahat sila nang galing din sa sitwasyon mo... minsan iniisip natin na pinagtatawanan tayo nung mga yun pero try mo magtanong sa kanila, kasi in my personal exp...mas open sila magbigay ng advice at mga tips...mag share ng knowledge, di ko alam kung swerte lng ako kasi mababait yung mga napag tanungan ko (gaya ito sa PBB) pero bsta magbuhat ka lang. kung di mo alam tamang form, magtanong ka, magpa spot ka sa mga nagbabantay ng gym... ienjoy mo paps magkakaron ka ng mga bagong ka-bakal.. mga brader sa gym haha

    sa kain naman, kahit anong diet naman sundin mo ok lang e bsta CONSISTENCY lang pre... lahat ng mga proven na diet may result lahat yan, its just a matter of how dedicated are you in following your diet...kung gusto mo mag no rice (or no sugar/bad carbs), OK lang basta panindigan mo...

    Di naman kagandahan at kalakihan ang katawan ko ngayon pero promise I've been in a worse situation than this haha Mindset at focus lang... tas magbasa ka ng mga transformation stories dito sa PBB...sigurado mamo-motivate ka hahaha
