I do have big belly. I'm 20, college student and I don't have any background in doing workouts.
Sobrang noob ako sa bagay na to. I've never been to a gym. I don't know what to expect or what to do.
I really want to lose fat. Medyo nahihiya din ako pumasok sa gym. Naiintimidate ako na parang natatakot, for some personal reason.
Any advice for foods to intake, vitamins or even routines na pwede ko magawa?
I'm planning of having 1500cal lang per day. More protein, less fat and carb.
I do jog sometimes and I just have stationary bike at home which I use 3-4x a week.
