Getting fit again! yeah! I stand 5'11.5 tall, almost 6' i guess. ang hirap magpataba pag matangkad ka. I go to the gym since my college days, but then again, laging nahihinto, buhat then after how many months, hinto.. then balik ulit and hinto ulit.. and so on and so on.. nasubukan ko din nman tumaba at maraming nakapansin nun. but then sumabak ako sa matinding puyat at stress for almost 2 years, to finish my thesis, get an experience work and have a board exam. and now, i guess, im free now from super stress life. its now time to back again my workout life.. i hope this site will help a lot to me.. there you go, thats my boring story.
btw, today is my 3rd day of work.. my routine is mwf.. chest, bicep - back,tricep - chest,bicep
