6 days a week workout without cardio

Yung workout ko kasi

Monday -         Chest, Biceps
Tuesday -        Shoulder , triceps
Wednesday -   Back , Legs
Thursday
Friday              Repeat cycle lang.
Saturday

Di ko kasi balak yung sobrang laki. yung sakto lang pero kita cuts.
Ayos lang ba kahit walang cardio[size=small][font=arial, sans-serif]?[/font][/size]
