Workout Plan and Schedule

Hey guys. Can someone please help me with this. I just bought a 7 in 1 bench press, a total of 100lbs plates, barbell and dumbbell bars, gym ball, and an indoor bike so I could start working out in my apartment. I've been receiving insults from people about how I look like, big tummy, no chest, skinny shoulder down to the arms. I'm almost 160lbs but I believe there's no so much to burn but to build. I hate queuing in the gym so I decided to buy and do them my own. I just have some favors, I don't how to start, what program should I start with (what sets, or kinds of workout limited to 7-in1 bench press), diet (how many times do I need to eat, what kind of meal, etc) , time (Im a student leaving apartment at 7am and gets back at 5pm, so evening would just really be the best time, except ofcourse on weekends), supplements (whatever, I have no idea) and many more.

I attached what my 7-in-1 looks like, what else can I do with this, except from leg, chest, back exercises..

    I don't have any particular meal schedule, I just eat whenever I want, whenever I feel hungry. I can't eat without rice and Im really into snacks which I'd also like to cut off in my diet.. I like to have a planned and healthy meal so I could go bulky, not that bulky but just the right body enough to brag during beach vacations.. Just last year, I had some time going in a gym and went through not so heavy weightlifting of up to 40 to 50 lbs, which I guess is not enough? I want to have a full body workout to improve my physique, chest, shoulder, biceps, back, abs and anything that my personal gym equipment here can offer.. Thank you so much for the response.  :smile:

    Hi, your personal gym will be able to tone your physique. But we need more background like sir @nrg500 said. Make a journal, so we can help you asses if your goals needs more than your current personal gym set up. As for your meal/diet program it will be based on how much you are willing to workout.
