Workout Plan and Schedule
Hey guys. Can someone please help me with this. I just bought a 7 in 1 bench press, a total of 100lbs plates, barbell and dumbbell bars, gym ball, and an indoor bike so I could start working out in my apartment. I've been receiving insults from people about how I look like, big tummy, no chest, skinny shoulder down to the arms. I'm almost 160lbs but I believe there's no so much to burn but to build. I hate queuing in the gym so I decided to buy and do them my own. I just have some favors, I don't how to start, what program should I start with (what sets, or kinds of workout limited to 7-in1 bench press), diet (how many times do I need to eat, what kind of meal, etc) , time (Im a student leaving apartment at 7am and gets back at 5pm, so evening would just really be the best time, except ofcourse on weekends), supplements (whatever, I have no idea) and many more.
I attached what my 7-in-1 looks like, what else can I do with this, except from leg, chest, back exercises..
