Gaano ka helpful ang "Isolate Whey" (InnerArmour Isolate VS ON Gold Standard)

Hello mga pare! 

I posted a comment sa Whey Protein Thread but I think I'll get more replies (hopefully) when I post a new thread here.

First time kong iinom ng Whey protein. Pero I am not sure kung ano talaga ang kukunin ko. I asked the people from Nutrition Depot kung ano mas maganda para sa akin. Just an overview, I was originally at 93 Kgs last January and ngayon, minemaintain ko na lang din ang 81-82 kgs ko. 

I know na di pa sa pat ang protein intake ko sa meals ko araw araw so I am thinking to add whey protein on my diet. Plano ko mag palaki ng konti without getting "fat" again. 

So far ito ang minention nila sa akin: 

1) inner armour zero isolate: 100 calories, 0 carbs and 0 sugar with 24g protein (3,190 free shaker) 
2) ON gold standard: 120 calories, 3g of carbs and 24g of protein (3,000 pesos) 

And then they added: Ill go for inner armour zero isolate. Number 1, its 100% isolate protein (top form of protein), 2. Taste is better. 3. It already eliminated the things you dont need like sugar. 4. It has a free shaker. 

Malaki ba talaga ang difference pag nag eliminate na ang carbs and sugar sa isolate? Pero namention ng classmate ko na I should get the one with carbs just for 'energy refill'. 

What do you guys think? maraming salamat! Wala kasi kaming trainer sa gym namin since nasa isang maliit na town ako ngayon. So wala talaga akong mahihingan ng expert advice tungkol dito. Maraming salamat! :D
