Hi to all!
just a short intro
I am ansai, female, 55.8kg 27% fat and just got back to go to gym and diet the last 2days. Hoping to last for 3 months with the diet.
I am frustrated to be fit and most of the time I fail my goal and not happy with the results which leads me to stop or lose my focus. Hopefully this time I can accomplish something.
Hopefully this forum can help me be motivated. Any suggestion is very welcome.
